KEEPING IT REAL BODYPUIMP 55

I have been wanting to write this for a long time and never thought about how I was going to approach it so here goes.

I have experienced in excess of 38 > Bodypump over that time I have learned that Michael throws a curve ball sometimes like Bodypump 27 for example it was so different from anything before that and to much an extent Bodypump 38 > took a new direction. In the 40's of Bodypump the music was also different.

I have noticed that the 50's series of Bodypump each release is so different. For example Bodypump 54 is so very different to Bodypump 55.

I adore Bodypump 55 I simply cannot get enough of it. It is now one of my favorites of all time. I guess I was looking for Mikes curve ball and Bodypump 55 is his in the 50's series of Bodypump.

We all get comfortable into some sort of groove thing and like the predictability of what Mike choreographs. I guess I have been with Bodypump for the last 8 years and expect Mike to do this sometimes and I guess release 55 was that a breath of fresh air.

Entering the world of release 55 is a great place to be in. I love the challenges of the release also the driving beats of the tracks. I also like being challenged with a "Pump Hard or Go Home" aspect of Bodypump 55. The release is outstanding for this purpose.

Getting into the landscape of release 55 was a personal challenge also getting through it was as well. Understanding that release 55 is a working CD as well made the transition from release 54 to 55 more acceptable because I understand why release 55 was given to us by Mike. What he said in the DVD interview was a pivotal point for me, let the music take a backstep and bring to the front the exercises. The exercises had taken front and center stage in release 55. It took over the release I guess that is what 55 is to me a exercise release.

Entering the world of release 55 is a dark place in parts and I guess I loved that it is a "Pump Hard Train Hard or Go Home" release.

I loved the journey in release 55 and I guess that release 55 to me is outstanding - awesome - and a real nice diversion in the Bodypump trip. I guess I will enjoy going back to release 55 just to enter the rugged terrain of Bodypump 55 and immerse myself in the music and exercise of release 55.
